We are offering an online space to explore these questions collectively.
What can help?
Angels of History is here to support you in this moment by providing a space for processing the impact of current events and how they relate to Jewish history. Through compassion, courage and community we can start to relieve some of the weight of the past and show up better for the present.
We are offering 90 minute online group sessions for up to 15 people to share and reflect. All sessions are free at this time and take place online.
Sessions will take place on Monday evenings from 1900 - 2030 GMT
The session will take place online using Zoom.
What will we do together?
Sharing and listening - We will gather together in community and hear each other’s personal stories and reflections in an open and non-judgmental way.
Exercises and tools - We will offer you some simple exercises and tools to support you to regulate your nervous system and find internal safety when you feel activated by the news cycle or on the ground events in Israel, Gaza and Palestine.
Who is this for?
This is for Jewish people or anyone with Jewish ancestors. We welcome anyone who identifies as having Jewish ancestry, in all its diversity. It is important to us that we keep the space as a Jewish affinity group at this time.
